Art School Project: ZAO Furniture: Stationary Brand Identity

Senior year at Marshall University, I created a brand identity for a furniture company called ZAO Furniture. The company is a furniture store that focuses on style over profit. As an international business to help people all over the world to achieve high style in their own home, ZAO Furniture does just this, at an unbelievable price.
This brand identity for ZAO Furniture includes: folder, letterhead, business card, and envelope. To go along with the stationary brand identity, two books to describe the application and the symbolism of the logo can be viewed below.

ZAO Furniture is a furniture company that focuses on style over profit. Bringing the logo design for the brand together, I focused on building blocks to create the āZā of ZAO with the name beside it to make a logo lockup. The brand colors are bright and playful to bring an inviting feel to the company identity.
Left// ZAO Furniture Application Book: This book explains how the logo and symbol can be applied in everyday life. The sections in this book include: logo application on stationary, color application, use on backgrounds, logo application for uniforms, logo application on objects, and logo application for advertisements.
Right// ZAO Furniture Symbolism Book: This book explains how the logo is created and the dimensions of the logo. The sections in this book include: symbolism statement, construction of the symbol, and logotype construction.
